Ordinance of The Council of Ministers of 30.04.2004 Concerning The Permission for The Use of Products in Mining Plants

In terms of permitting the use of products in mining plants, the Central Mining Institute has been appointed as a body authorised to conduct product testing and assessment in Appendix 3 to the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers of 30 April 2004 concerning the permission for the use of products in mining plants (Dz. U. of 2004, No. 99, item 1003).

Products that require issued permissions for the use in mining plants due to the necessity to guarantee their safe use under the hazardous conditions occurring during mining plant operations are defined in Appendix 1 to the aforementioned ordinance.

As part of the authorisation granted to the Central Mining Institute, the Conformity Assessment Body conducts product conformity assessment in accordance with the procedures defined for this purpose.

The testing related to the conformity assessment in question is conducted by accredited GIG Laboratories.
