Powers and Competence of The Central Mining Institute’s Conformity Assessment Body
The Central Mining Institute’s Conformity Assessment Body holds the following certificates within the scope of accreditation of the Polish Centre for Accreditation:
Product Certification Body Accreditation Certificate No. AC 038, issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, which certifies the competence of the Conformity Assessment Body (JOZ) within the scope of fulfilling the requirements of standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013-03 “Conformity assessment. Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services”.
Conformity Assessment Body Accreditation Certificate No. AC 083, issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, which certifies the competence of the Conformity Assessment Body within the scope of fulfilling the requirements of standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17021:2015-09 “Conformity assessment. Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems – Part 1: Requirements”.
Conformity Assessment Body Accreditation Certificate No. AC 145, issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, which certifies the competence of the Conformity Assessment Body within the scope of fulfilling the requirements of standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012 “Conformity assessment. General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons”.
