Scope of Activities

  • Expert opinions and practical work concerning explosives, blasting equipment and blasting works;
  • Development of new test methods for explosives and blasting equipment;
  • Preparation and revision of standards concerning explosives, blasting equipment and blasting technology;
  • Conduction of own, targeted and other research projects, both national and in cooperation with European Union member states;
  • International cooperation with laboratories that conduct testing of explosives, located in European Union member states.
